We are a small, owner-operated auction house specializing in luxury handbags and accessories. Every item is handled personally with care, attention to detail, and respect for both the item and the buyer.
Orders placed through LiveAuctioneers follow auction-specific policies that are different from standard retail website purchases.
About Our Auctions
We host ongoing auctions featuring luxury handbags, accessories, and collectible pieces from some of the most recognized fashion houses.
Many items offered may be final availability and may not return once sold.
Our auctions often feature VIP / GWP (Gift With Purchase) items provided by luxury brands to VIP clients that were not produced for traditional retail sale.
VIP / GWP Item Disclosure
VIP / GWP items are brand-issued pieces but may differ from boutique retail versions in materials, construction, packaging, and internal markings.
We work very hard to photograph and describe all items as accurately as possible. Many items include a certificate of authenticity. Any accessory or add-on included with an item will always be clearly listed in that item’s individual description.
Some VIP / GWP items may not include serial numbers, date codes, holograms, or retail packaging.
Payment Terms
- All invoices are issued through LiveAuctioneers at the close of auction. Payment must be completed according to the invoice terms provided by LiveAuctioneers.
Shipping Timeline & Handling Time
Auction orders require processing, inspection, documentation, careful packaging, and label creation prior to shipment.
Handling time is not the same as retail shipping and may take several business days depending on auction volume.
Tracking is uploaded as soon as your package leaves our facility.
Combined Shipping
We happily combine shipping for multiple wins within the same auction when possible. If you win multiple items, please wait for a combined invoice before submitting payment.
Communication & Response Time
We are a small, owner-operated auction house. Messages are answered in the order they are received.
During active auctions and post-auction processing periods, response times may be longer than typical retail stores.
Packaging Standards
All shipping is handled in-house. Items are professionally packaged for safe delivery and photo-documented during the packing process to ensure condition accuracy.
Condition & Item Descriptions
All items are carefully selected, photographed, and described so bidders can review details before placing bids. Please review all photos and descriptions closely prior to bidding.
All Sales Final
All bids are final. By placing a bid, you acknowledge that you have read the item description and understand the nature of VIP / GWP items as described.
Why Your Item May Not Ship Immediately
Auction fulfillment involves item retrieval, inspection, documentation, secure packaging, label creation, and carrier scheduling. This process takes longer than typical online orders and is normal for professional auction houses.
